I see that expd8 is a Certified Microsoft partner, but not CLDR. Typically MSFT partners show it on their websites and the nature of the partnership.

For example, expd8 is a Gold Certified Microsoft Partner for OEM Hardware Solutions and Networking Infrastructure Solutions.

Even if Lovatt made that claim in a teleconference, I wouldn't believe it without documentable proof, such as a certification on the CLDR website.
