Just remember, you (and the rest of us) only know a fraction of what is REALLY going on. You shouldn't make decisions on what little info we are getting and especially motions that are being made when we have no idea what the reasons are for the action. Unless there is an insider here on this board who wishes to break corporate and SEC rules and regulations, I would wait to see the official word. I also agree with others on this board that it APPEARS that our current legal team is 2000% better that anyone we have had in the past so much of the crap that DD got away with in the past and evidence that was not presented to the court in the past, I believe will change and has changed. Just my 2 cents worth.
