So if the T/A isn't gagged, I want someone to email the TA today, (you can call and ask for the email address), and find out what the A/S & O/S is from them. If they're not gagged, they should have no problem telling you. And for what it's worth, if they were bitching & moaning because I called every 10 days or so to check on the O/S during the recent dilution, there's this: I hadn't checked in almost a month when they decided to make the switch to having to call HDVY directly to find out. They can blame me (or if not me, whomever else it was) all they want, but the fact remains there's a month of time between the two events. Not only that, but I called the company Friday and never heard back. Currently investors in this company have no way to find out what the O/S or A/S is.
