Mach, I hope it happens as well.

I wasn't trying to be smart or sarcastic in my post yesterday about CMKX. They have openly started a racing team last year, and have grown it a tremendous amount in 1 year's time.

The time, effort and expenses are greater than I even mentioned. To me they are a racing team first and foremost, and unfortunately have different means to finance it.

It's absolutley fine to have an NHRA funny car team if that is how you promote your business. But isn't the best promotion for any company GROWING YOUR "STATED" PRIMARY BUSINESS business by investing in equipment, drilling rigs and expanded exploration efforts?

I partnered with another guy earlier this year. If our business went public and I pumped the living lights out of it to sell stock...the best way for me to get serious investors and promotion is by growing my business. I like F1 racing, so say I get a pantload of money issuing stock and start an F1 team. That's fine, but what if increased questions arise about my business, yet I issue more stock and start another team or teams at lower circuit levels, plus buy a new motorhome and hauler, plus ALL expenses.

When does my racing team become more than just promotion and my "stated" business and new share issuance be questioned?

I am very glad I have share dividends in GEMM. They have moved beyond bulk sampling and have begun mining operations. If CMKX explained what they have done with the millions of dollars raised by share issuance to grow their primary business, I would honestly be all ears again. Are they buying equipment? Have they furthered their geologic research about their claims? What are their claims? What equipment have they bought in the last 9 months? They are testing 2 inch holes, not mining or even bulk sampling, so there is no deep juicy secret about what they are doing. With that, have they drilled ANY test holes since the "Oreo pipe" back in July and August? How much gold has been extracted from the Equador mine? They stated a daily amount of ore would be processed. Fine, is it below or above their projections? Have they even mined at all beyond the initial pr? The list can go on, and I'm not being smart in asking these questions. These questions could all have very positive answers. However, for 2 1/2 years if you truly sit down and read each pr and take notes on promises and claims they make, like the questions I just brought up, even more questions will be raised without any answers or follow up. The pr's certainly sound good and they keep a base for them if they need or chose to issue more shares, but they are showing me nothing currently telling me they are growing their primary business.

I didn't post it last year, but I used to get upset at those barking last year about them placing more efforts in racing that exploring their claims for diamonds. I thought it was good promotion. But the 2005 rollout of the racing team has me doing a double-take. In yesterday's post I said they were a 'steel set' racing team. You have to have 'steel set' to roll out the racing team in all it's glory seen over the last 2 weeks. Can you imagine running your own business this way? Offering an .0001 stock and 2 1/2 years of pr's that have meant nothing, then roll out in motorhomes, haulers, new chassis's and paint schemes in an expanded racing effort? Again, when does promotion become your primary business and primary personal interest?

I have 100% RESPECT for Mr. Meheu. I have no clue why he signed to sit on the board, but he's there. If he can finally define what CMKX is as an exploration company and grow it as a business entity, GREAT! UC can race his manbreasts off for all I care. But a filing showing 700+ billion o/s and only the best in new racing equipment, cars, motorhomes, haulers and other expenses to show for it, you have to start asking yourself what type of person would you be if you ran your own business that way. For right now, I see a person who wants to go racing.

The flame suit is on, but please note I'm not bashing to try to get in. I have no plans to do so unless they show something worthy of getting in. It's at the lowest level now to be able to sell the stock if needed .0001/.0002. The only point I'm trying to make is that as shareholder's, how much more does a person need to see to at least consider some options to finally get answers from this company. Filing this week or whenever may simply expose how little has been spent in exploration versus racing.

If they answered questions and were clear in the past, good or bad, I wouldn't feel this way. The rollout of the 2005 racing extravaganza is what has me scratching my head as someone who is partnered in his own business myself.

Go easy on me. lol
