GlobeTel Provides Update on Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, Sanswire Networks, LLC

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 28, 2005--GlobeTel Communications Corp. (OTCBB: GTEL - News), announced today that the Board of Directors has authorized its CEO, Timothy Huff, to create various Specialized Business Units (SBU's) under its Sanswire Networks LLC subsidiary, to accommodate the diverse and global market demand for its Stratellite high altitude airships.
These SBUs will include: a Military division, Governmental division, Commercial division, Research and Development division, Latin and South American division, Asian division, European division, Middle Eastern division and other project specific SBUs as may be necessary to expeditiously capitalize on opportunities.

Mr. Huff stated, "Due to the enormous global interest both commercial and military and unique users in other sectors, we needed to have team specific groups that could focus all of their efforts within certain business segments. It is clearly our intent to capitalize on the demand for our revolutionary platform in an expedient and thorough manner. Our objective will be to develop highly competent action teams that will provide our military and commercial customers with service that exceeds their expectations. We have identified strategic partnership opportunities in foreign marketplaces where our action teams on the ground will saturate the customers that we want to serve.
