SCams being the ones where nothing they say ever comes true and that there is actually no company or an attempt to actually run one. Check out EWRC and you will see a scam, check out HRRN and you will see a scam. Boiler room pink sheet listings with nothing but a desk and a PO Box.
The problem with scams is that the only one who can truely navigate the PRs to make money with any kind of real odds in your favor is the CEO. For the rest of us it is like playing poker without seeing your own cards.
That is different than the pinkie small compnay with real product trying to gets it stuff together and move up or be bought. htey may never make it, but the pumps hold long enough to have value to the trader.
