On August 20, 2010 CanTex Energy Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CTXE) (Cusip 138116108) announced that it had entered into a letter of intent for the acquisition of Bedford Energy Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BFDE). The completion of the acquisition was anticipated before October 20, 2010. Is there any new information on the status of this acquisition?
