kayakbob, if you assume that they will carelessly issue all the authorized shares to raise $50M they can't sell them less than 0.222

$48M more with 216M shares is 22.2 cents. Doesn't that price look familiar? The bottom is in.

Managements don't build trust by hiding under a rock. An adversarial relationship with shareholders is a waste of everyone's time.
