so if they haven't in the past, then are you claiming the O/S is under 1billion (since the A/S was a 1billion before the past A/S increases)?

last I heard the O/S was just shy of 1.5billion, and that was immediately when the A/S was upped to 2billion. Thus speculation and all the selling over the past 2 months would make one suspect its near 2billion now. If there's a different confirmed share structure, then by all means let me know I'm wrong.
