Sorry ... WRONG. The Company info on Authorized and Outstanding shares on Pinksheets is entered by the Company, not by Pinksheets.
I have talked about this with Pinksheets on numerous issuers.
Its important to ask the right people the right questions.

I suggest you call Khushbo @ Pinksheets on 1 212.896.4420 and she can explain this fact to you. Only if Pinksheets gets reliable information from a third party such as the transfer agent does Pinksheets update the Company Information (including the share structure).
(PS.- Pinksheets doesn't like people relaying wrong info.)
