DAD... It was not that anyone wanted out just the convertible debentures coming into the open market and caused the float to increase by 1.6M shares. Yesterdays trade volume of 1.3M, would leave aprox ~300,000 shares left.

The new float is now 25,159,742. The sticky was updated yesterday.
