Questions and Answers from IR:

Sent this email yesterday. Gave them a list of 10 questions. My questions are listed first, their replies are listed second in italics.

I'll say in advance, I don't give a sh*t if you believe me, IR, or anyone else for that matter. Simply posting information that I have available. Enjoy.

Hello,
I'm an investor in HFBG.

Good Evening Mike;

Thanks for the email, and I apologize it has taken me so long to reply, but I have been out of town today and just getting back to the office and email. I will try to answer each of your questions to the best of my knowledge one by one.

I have several questions that I hope you can answer:

1. The company has stated in a previous press release that they are "fully funded" for 2010 and that there is "absolutely no plan for a reverse split of shares in 2010". Is the company fully funded for 2011 and is there a possibility of a reverse split in 2011? Many investors are bashing this company because of their statement about 2010 and how they did not address 2011.

1. The company has announced it will not do a reverse split in 2010, and it will not. The company has also stated that there was no plan to do a reverse split anytime soon if at all. Executives didn't commit to 2011 because there is no public company that will ever commit to something in a year that hasn't even come yet. No one knows what could happen in the future, so no public company would ever commit to anything that far out.
With regard to your question about being fully funded in 2011, again no company can commit to such bold statements about a year that isn't here yet.

2. When will the commercials from Slappy Studios begin airing? Will they be aired regionally, nationally?

2. I don't have a date yet on the commercial's air date. It is my understanding that it will air nationally.

3. When should share holders expect an update on the sale of the first run of Tea?

3. I am not sure when the company will update shareholders on sales figures from the first run of the tea. A lot of the news is presented to us the week of its announcement and not before.

4. When is the second run of Tea slated for completion?

4. The second run of tea hasn't been scheduled yet. The company is working with Tampa Bay Co Pack to get a production date, and at that point, I assume there will be an announcement.

5. Is the second run of Tea already paid for, or is the company looking for ways to fund it?

5. The CEO has said the second run of tea is already paid for, and now they are working on the logistics surrounding moving that tea upon completion

6. Will the second run of Tea include a new flavor?

6. The second run of tea will include a peach flavor.

7. What, if any, progress has been made with the deal with K-Mart and the placement of our product, including the new line of cakes?

7. We have not been updated on the K-Mart deal.

8. Has the company been releasing additional shares into the marketplace, either directly, or through institutions that received shares as payment?

8. We have asked numerous times, and have been told the company is not
diluting, but only because it's been a popular question since we assumed the duties of IR for HFBG. Normally the share structure and any questions dealing with shares, we don't answer or get involved in as a rule.

9. When does the company plan on updating its status with the Secretary of State that will show the new management structure?

9. I was told that the Sec. of State status has already been dealt with and a change should be seen soon regarding the default status back to active.

10. Is the company willing to publish the current share structure? If not, why?

10. The company will be releasing its third quarter filing in mid
November, and the share structure will be in that report. All questions regarding shares should be sent to the company and not our firm.

There ya go. Not a whole lot of additional information, but there is some in there.

They seem to be pretty good about returning your emails, so I would encourage anyone who has a burning question in their mind to send it to them. The worst that will happen is they will tell you they don't know the answer, but you might get something that will help you make a decision, rather than listening to all of the bashers/cheerleaders on the boards. If you get an answer, share it with the board -- if you want.
