One of the good ole boys appeal was heard. He may be out on the street having only served 1/6 of his sentence. Madoffs attorney should be able to find some loophole for him as well, sighting his age and health if it changes. Wouldn't suprise me. If he was released just maybe they would find the loot he stashed. Lindsey Lohan hardly did her "90" days :)
