When? Only god knows the answer to that. Why? That I can answer. First the company retired shares (always good). Next the joint venture. There has been no word, good or bad, about this. So I am taking that as meaning its still on. Next is the recent acquisition of Corestream's Health and Wellness division. The company is still alive. Some are too quick to pass judgement here when things aren't going as planned. When in life has things ever gone EXACTLY as planned?

So, to summarize, we are taking part in the birth of a company with limitless potential.
