I just think there are so many issues here that one will stick. What about the web site Daic maintains, this is in violation of federal copyright laws and other laws. They even list it on the web site: "Calypso Wireless Inc. © 2008 All Rights Reserved". The patent office has the patents incorrectly listed. They tried to get a 2009 agreement, not legal. They had his wife on the BOD and we owe him millions. They originally replaced all of the BOD with a BOD named by Daic and there has never been a BOD elected pursuant to the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws. This doesn't even touch the other items we've discussed here showing interference, like deals they didn't allow to go through. The BOD put in place by the Daic parties have essentially given away the patents via these agreements in violation of the Articles of Incorporation without a vote from the shareholders. The Articles of Incorporation do not allow any official of the company to give away the assets of the company in any manner. NONE OF IT IS LEGAL.If it doesn't stick in Texas, I'd say file in Delaware where the company is incorporated.
