Viani; first of all I don't mine you adding questions because it pretains to both of us.

I do have a comment and additional question to add to your post.

Comment: In regards to the GTC, I've placed orders (Sell and Buy) and during the day I would modify the order without problems. The broker has the right to except or reject the modification but I've never had a problem (yet).

"Q": Do you or anyone else know if the brokerage firm is charged a fee when an order is placed but not executed?

The reason for that "Q" is if they are not; I think it confirms what my thoughts were on my previous post as WHY. JMO

Believe me; I'm going to be on the phone with the local branch manager early tomorrow morning. I've got to know her real well lately so we'll see. She appears to be a very nice lady.
