Well If an MM has a size 5000 which is the common size, there is no way he has only 5000 shares. The way people see this is that they multiply the displayed bid/ask size with a number which for higher price stocks usually is 1000 to estimate the actual size an MM is trying to buy sell. We have about 5M shares bought/sold today and the ask and bid are still the same. In my opinion if DOMS order is for real we would have a big problem right now, it wouldnt just be a $600 order. Thats why I say they are only trying to scare people!
