If they have any hope of shaking a few shares loose, they will need to walk it up to a point that there msy be some downside to owning the stock. We are still not even close to where it should be with all the news about to be dropped on us. The upside far outweighs the downside at this level. A bit of buying pressure and they will walk it up some.
