Thanks for your considerate post Cyber. It seems like all their rights have been upheld in the Worlds courts and the company is now majority owned by Offor who potentially has a poison pill against a take over. From my understanding of the area Gulf Of Guinea, the oil is sweet crude and Devon who you mention below is a partner with ERHE in one of the blocks. I think Pioneer and Noble are other partners. Curious to see how all this shakes out.
