If the examiner report is not good for equity Preferred and Commons -- does this effect wahuq in anyway and is WAHUQ still getting paid in the 30 range? Why not the rash of buying into the wahu if its a major hedge --- and its guaranteed to get paid something..

Does WAHUQ have voiting rights -- How is it in the new POR? will it be given new equity shares ect ect ---
