My short answer is that I expected the DS to pass, though I certainly hoped for the best and for it to not be heard.

I view the DS approval and hearing as a non-event. Walrath has loaded both barrels of her 'dual-track'. Which trigger gets pulled depends on the examiner's report.

Susman/Nelson rightfully put up a simple and small level of resistance fully expecting the DS to pass.

I think people gave the DS more weight than it deserves in the BK process, particularly with the examiner's report coming down the line.
