No, there isn't a rule. But, it clearly shows who knows what they are doing, or at the very least has the pull and money to "gitter dun". As for quality, let's hope CM is better than the "B" list teenage tit flicks put out in the past that are touted on this board.

Haven't sold, yet... but, somebody has to inject some realism into the conversation at some point. Don't you think?

I'm not a flipper, and have been holding this for a while. My comment about the cycle this goes through was merely an observation, and if it starts again, I will flip it.
