I can definitely see how confusion is created...I'm giving some leeway on the "value/valuation" issue...clearly, there are different interpretations of the cost of the transaction and the value that might be added to GOIG resulting from the transaction...agreed that clarification is needed.

I'm even giving benefit of the doubt that we'll receive clarification in two weeks (November 1st) per BigSky...I would have extracted the quote from his post but it appears to have been deleted (I'm not speculating as to why it was removed so no reason to remove this post moderators)...we shall see if indeed news arrives.

What I don't understand is that clarification can be provided now since it was Ike himself that stated the $50 million in the audio message...he must have had some vision/thought of this transaction to come up with $50 million and disclose it in the audio message.

I've been riding this rollercoaster for months now so I'll entertain the two weeks for clarification...but I'll be asking for the clarification when/if the two weeks comes and goes.
