I don't know. To me a permit means a few pages at most of factual information about the entity requesting the permit (no data processing required) with the results of any testing stapled to it. It's been over a month since he announced the results--and I doubt it actually took a month to get those results so my guess is that he was sitting on them for a bit.

Normally investors never hear about permits because they are just a basic admin fuction pertinent to the business. The only reason it's an issue here is because Mr. Bordynuik has been broadcasting it as lengthy yet pivotal since April. If he is having difficulty filling out the paperwork and commercial production can't start until he figures out the proper wording for the application then that seems material enough to where he should give investors an update.

I have an alternative theory that I'm sure nobody wants to hear again.
