akron2, I agree that the company can and clear this up with the 10k for '03 and '04. Now that the Rao case is out of the way, I think this will be their next course of action. Many have disputed the validity of previous PRs and I even have to admit that some of HQNT's forecasts were over-optimistic. But I don't feel they were outright lies. The acquisition of Stewart and Shaw/Web-Pack has not been proven but I called Web-Pack myself and the woman I spoke to told me they were owned by HQNT. Why would she lie to me? I've encouraged others to call but nobody has posted their results.
We can go on and on about OS, but what good would that do? They have picked alot of companies that eventually folded or are trading at a fraction of where they were. But a fact worth noting is that the companies they picked that failed all did so within 6 months of being reported on OS. HQNT was initially reported on by OS on 3/27/03 and they were trading at .50 at the time. OurStreet may have had some success at picking who would fail, but NOBODY bats 1.000, not even Barry Bonds on steriods. The fact is that it's been nearly 2 years since OS went after HQNT and the company has held itself together.
