When I spoke to Larry Tierney he told me they are new to the investor relations thing and are feeling their way through. They are basically taking advice from their consulting company on that. The research reports may be paid experimentation.

The other issue that has been raised is resin costs. From what I have gathered the boats are fiberglass with a vinyl styrene coating on the outside.

Most resin costs had some significant price increases over the past year from what I can gather and they are tied to oil prices although my impression is that vinyl styrene coating on the hull of a 200,000 dollar boat is not a huge percentage of COGS so I don't expect the impact to be enormous in terms of margin percentage.

That is among my list of follow up questions for the next time I contact the company.

My big point of interest is to find out how the negotiations for the new facility are going. Getting that deal inked is key to me because the facility is much larger. That would be a strong sign they think they can ramp up the top line substantially going forward.

When posting on VMC boards all postings should have a symbol in the header and if foreign please post both US and Foreign symbols.
