Yes, Apple would in fact be damaged if Jobs was prosecuted for tax fraud because it would likely result in his removal as CEO of the company and he is considered the face of the organization and the orchestrator of their success. Would it topple the company? No, obviously not, but your comparing apples (pun) to watermellons because Apple is a multi-billion dollar organization.

For a micro-cap pinksheet company with less than 5 employees, the CEO basically IS the organization. If he cheats on his taxes then there is no reason to believe he wouldn't cheat in his business dealings as well. This was the worse argument you've put forward yet and I'm almost certain that you're smart enough not to believe what you typed.
