That does not make them crooks. Sure the orchestrated hype is translucent and blatent. The company is quite possibly dilluting to survive. They are selling the equity at whatever price they can and it is getting worse like a death spiral. This does not make them crooks. It just means that they are trying to run a company and capitalize it and that in doing so they have created a structure that will no longer allow them to do it as inexpensively as in the past. I have no evidence of crooks since the management change. You want him to call it like it is then we should do the same.
