Guys give it a rest - this OS thread is getting tedious. The 64 million dollar question is whether OS's conversion claim and $1 Million dollar fine claim in the RAO are correct. I'm sure Pacer will answer this shortly and end all futile debate on both sides. Logic suggests that its a very dnagerous claim to make unless true.

Assuming that it is true, what the impact would be on HQNT is an interesting discussion. How will they survive such a huge fine? How much was the OHIO case fine that they survived? Will they get to keep the software? Will teh CEO remain the CEO? etc etc.
