gingersnap1212, good thing that is just a rumor;

If a CEO in the real stock market even suggested such a thing, it would be the end for that stock. You cannot cancel stock of people you do not like.

Rules have never been a priority anyway here. I think that Petro should give everyone their money back plus interest at this point; even those who do not want it back.
