Ya possibly at $.0013 double bottom, just needs some juice though. Keep it on volume breakout watch. For example when it went from $.0013 to $.0025 recently, that was a volume breakout day. I put stocks like these into a watch list, you know, 'oversold awaiting volume' etc... then when they get active you can check out the intraday chart and decide if you wanna ride or not.
