Bubble Tea - I think that the Navy project was large enough that if they got it, then it would and should have went classified, so I think there would not be a way to find it if AFTC did get it.

This makes me think that they did get it, and it is still up becasue it is the only way to show the public that its there. With a project worth that size and for what it is for, it has to be classified. has to be.
