Absolutely a strategy. If you are watching it all day everyday you might save a few pennies a share. The problem is that in order to buy the quantity that I'm buying, this strategy won't work. I sometimes can't even buy a small quantity at the ask price or above. I don't know why, but it just happens. I have been following a strategy of buying when it seems appropriate (for example when Dave buys). If bad news comes out I probably couldn't unload anyway because it doesn't trade that much. If I anticipated that my risk was that great I wouldn't be invested to the extent that I am at this point. If you are following this board you probably get the news before the other boards or sources from what I've seen. There is no lock on what information you obtain or where you obtain it, it just takes some initiative on your part. I'm not here to make $50, so I'll stay fully invested and wait for the news to come out. If something big happens, I question whether you could even get back in at a price anywhere near these levels in a large quantity. Sure you could pick up 25k or 50k going up, but that isn't what I'm after. I guess I have read enough and researched enough to figure my risk/reward ratio more than some. I don't think my risk is much compared to my possible reward and I don't take risk just on a whim. I have researched this company, court cases, SEC filings, Patent documents, and whatever I can get my hands on. We never are certain and aren't guaranteed anything, but some people have the ability to feel comfortable with their decisions and I'm comfortable with mine being fully invested. You can stay on the sidelines if you want, try your strategy and I hope it works for you, meanwhile I'm sitting on a sizeable number of shares and don't plan to fight the crowd going up. I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything, merely having an engaging conversation with those that wish to do the same.
