Actually, here's what happens. Klepsy reads this board as it is the only place where Qtrax is discussed. He picks up on the zendesk support thing and pays the $9 to reactivate it, thus giving the impression that he's on top of things. To counter what everyone has correctly pointed out about the uselessness of the web site, he now posts the following on the splash page:

This is all a big charade to try to discredit those who understand what's really going on (and that doesn't take a lot of smarts) and to encourage those who don't fully understand or who blindly believe the baloney they're being fed.
