It isn't going to move until they conduct a RS. The massive dilution that occurred early this year pretty much guaranties that. They need to keep printing shares to pay their bills and right now they aren't getting any money in return for them. They were able to stick around until the OS got to 40B before they did the last RS, but investors caught on a little quicker this time.

Expect radio silence to continue until the RS is complete and then a flurry of fluff PRs post-RS. My opinion, of course.
