Well, everyone rightfully wants polite, but meaningful discussions and not personal things.
I too believe that we all should "stick to making points clearly and fairly, (or the) posts will simply be removed." My motto also is"Stick to the facts, and do not attack people through spurious arguments." Who can argue with that?
So here goes. Let's hope this post lasts and many of you will take the time to engage in a meaningful discussion that we all seem to want. tia.
PMC, was Our Street included in that suit? What does that suit have to do with Our Streets information concerning HQNT? It seems to me from a review of OS, the info is pretty much spot on. Can you (or will you) offer refutation oh "lies and misinformation" you and your partners claim are in OS regarding HQNT?
BTW, PMC, how many of the companies listed in OS are scams and have had or are under SEC Investigation? I see many, some of which have CEO's, insiders and pump shills in jail or on trial (a very good thing, more should be there)!
Any word on the 10K s/f building or the checkbook? Or the Fortune 500 Customer? I am also confused about that S&S subsidiary and who owns what and where. I may well have missed the 8K's on those items, so would appreciate an update
Any idea what happened to the developers, testers, Call Center, Sales, and admin employees, PMC? I can not see how the software can be maintained, updated, repaired, or even sold without all that. But I could be wrong and my many years in the software business an anomoly.
How can one buy the HQNT Software, view the Tech Specs and find the prices? I did not notice them on the web site. I also did not notice a Release Schedule or Service Pack/Patch info, along with Download Capabilities. Any idea where that is? And the Technical FAQ's?
With the Rao case "apparently" over, what are your thoughts for the future of HQNT? Will this action hamper the $5M per year Income (That was listed as Income not Revenue, right? Or was that a typo? I understand as I do that all the time. LOL) from Lab Quotient? I recall that being am big play for the company and an important source of Revenue and Income.
By the way, if people are sued or have upcoming action as in your post, then are all other actions by that person and operations they are associated with suspect as in your comments in the post I am replying to? What about people who lose Law Suits or with liens or other actions in the past? How does that factor in? Does Our Street or Miles have such in their background? I have no answer for those items, but would be happy to get your thoughts.

I hope these are good questions that you will feel happy to discuss and answer. I hope I asked all in the spirit of good and open discourse. It's what makes America so great to be able to civilly ask and answer questions of great import.
