On July 31st, 2010, JJ selected a partner.

Out of the multiple offers that were presented, he got a commitment from one that he wanted to work with that was also willing to deliver him his number PLUS.

Through today that is approximately 66 working days ( not counting the 20 or so Chilean Holidays), so my guess is a Net 50 Working Days if JJ put the rest of his life on hold and focused on this exclusively, (oh and don't forget the very large staff of 1, maybe 2 more, we have working on this). When you consider what it takes to push a multinational deal involving with 7-8 companies ,alongside of 17 attorneys, dual language contracts, rescue operations, earthquakes, committe formations, sub partner issues, embassy guidelines, and proably another 20 road blocks we have no clue that had to be dealt with along the way. etc etc.

Everyone who has been around this play for a while has the same frustrations leading up to this moment in time. Go talk to yourself in the mirror about this and see if you can mentally flip flop your whiny know it all brains, (you know who you are) and see if you can change change your ships direction and compartmentalize the old days,(Pre July 31st) and open a new window into the present. Just PRETEND ( cause we all know it can't happen ) you might have a big pot of gold in your bank account in a couple weeks and a Ginormous Christmas Budget and see if that can manage a smile. If this can't get a smile on your sad @@@, then god help you.

Last I heard we do have free speech, unfortunately they can't ban clown speech ( that is why we have bozo on Ignore, is he still here, lol). This ain't your daddy's run of the mill JV/Merger. Personally, if it wasn't for the fact that JJ has been down this road before and has the knowledge and experience of what needs done, this could easily have taken them 6 months to get here . For those that are not mentally capable of switching gears, my apologies.

For you Armchair QB's you who say next month, next year, etc. This time there is more proof of next week, then next whatever, for a change, .

For those that gripe about no info, look at some other plays that can't stop flapping their mouths, maybe we're on to something.

Personally, I want to commend JJ on getting this far this fast, once the Offer Was Accepted.
