That's complete BS. In the last ten years of penny stock fraud, there has been one.....ONE....company that has received a counterfeit stock cert. Medinah Mining's Transfer Agent received one that looked like it was made on a computer printer.

Really? Which court was this "proven" as you claim? You mean the case where Capital Growth and JH Darby countered Tom and forced Tom to issue new shares to cover those supposed bogus shares? People who are screwed do not lose cases, have to reissue shares to cover bogus shares for pennies on the dollar.
