I use Schwab . Based in the UK with a $ account .
I e-mailed them some weeks ago when the spin off was announced. Basically they said they were aware of the IPO and they were awaiting further details but told me the shares would automatically be depoisited in my account and would be tradeable.

I am a little skeptical about this last bit. I have a feeling the lady I spoke to was assuming the Graffiti shares were going to be dual listed and could be traded in $ as well as Euro's.
When all the IPO details are known I will contact them again and confirm the situation.
