Thanks, I re-read the PR very carefully this time and it does say that GoIP Global, Inc. to acquire their US subsidiary that holds US rights for Worldlink's patented technology and platform.

So WorldLink owns the company being acquired.
Can generate a lot of revenue with those patent rights!
