I rode that stock to it's 52 wk high and did quite well. However there are sig diff in the two. MOP* has very little transperancy and to your point a much different share structure. VCTY now or very soon to be has 2 subs that are established and profitable. Not to mention it has the backing of 2 strong developing countries that are transitioning into capitalistic states.
