The ad that appeared in the Washingto Blade gay newpaper on Feb. 18 and Feb.25, 2005 is the similar to the one that was in the New York Blade recently.
Some differences in the wording are:

WE INVITE WASHINGTON D.C.
TO WATCH...
The layout is different and I think imporved. The reverse the order of the and start with
3 HOURS OF LIVE INTERACTIVE PROGRAMING DAILY at the top and
24 HOURS A DAY 7 DAYS A WEEK
ETC.

Instead of having the Statue of Liberty in the center of the Q logo the american flag appears.
