He might be expecting something to happen with the SP.
Theres been very few big ups over the last yr.. Hhmmmm theres been very few anything over the last yr.
I'd take it as a sign he knows somethings comming. Good news or a pump is the question.
If the SP went up even .01 he'd make $450000.
