The volume jumped/appeared because IGSM went from 0.0007 to 0.003 in a week, on news that they will become fully reporting soon. Some also said that IGSM and GEGP might do a R/M, because GEGp was in entertainment business and Francis owns both IGSM and GEGP. Expecting another jump when IGSM puts out more news.
