See my post of 2-24-05, post number 130 where I sent an email to Colonel Powers and copied Mr. patrick Rost, President, Investor Relations at PMR and Co. I just now, on a Saturday, received a reply which states as follows;
" HSTJ has been permanently suspended from trading as a public company. Currently our legal advisors are working on merging the company into an alternative public vehicle. It should take a few weeks to accomplish this. Currently we do not know what the capital structure will look like. Thank you HST,Inc management."
I had requested permission to post any reply but this issue was not addressed in the reply therefore I considered that there was no negation of authorization.
Maybe this note plus the post from P P will come to mean something.
