Absolutely!!!!! Required info for an I box is accurate, updated current share structure that is maintained. A detailed auto updating chart. And links to current PR's.

The rest of the "stuff" that you see on most I boxes is "foo foo" and isn't really needed.

I boxes would get looked at a lot more if they were trimmed down to that kind of vital info. IMO of course.

Almost every new, first time poster on a stock specific board asks if anyone knows what the current share structure is. On some I boxes you have to scroll through a few feet of advertising photos etc. etc. to get to that info.

"Sort of" is harmless "Sort of". Is a filler. But sometimes, "sort of" means everything. Like after "I love you" or "You're going to live" or "It's a boy".
