QBID--Richard Brown!!!!

Called Richard today and here are the highlights to the convesation.

1. All calls are routed to his cell so if you want to ask questions dial him up.

2. 123 station deal from PR is DONE..PR comming soon which in my opinion will raise the PPS.

3. Some items posted here about conversations with Richard are blown not true..OK.

4. Major carrier deal is up in the air. The best thing is that no carrier has said NO. Most are waiting to see if there is any backlash by the public once the 123 come out. Exact words were "scared to take the big step".

5. QBID is positioning itself to be the first network to hit it big in this market.

6. The programming has great cross appeal per feedback (gay and straight).

7. We do have paying customers and we do have paying advertisers. Orbitz was a nice contract for our company.

8. We are positioning to get off the pinks.

9. NO REVERSE SPLIT>>>>NEVER>>>NEVER>>>NEVER!!! GOT IT?

10. Numerous other contracts with advertisers are in the works. Another thing that will raise the PPS.

11. MOST important this guy is very FRANK about the stat of the company. CALL him if you have questions!




The 123 station PR that was released a few weeks ago..there was some RED TAPE that caused no follow up PR giving all info. Again DONE DEAL and all investors will see the rewards " very soon".

Big carriers..nobody in the company is sure..we have a great shot but we need the positive feedback from the 123 deal. Richard said 15000 network approach these carriers per year, and we seem to be leading the pack for the next slot!

Personal advice call, write, bug the hell out of DIRECT, COMCAST, TIME WARNER, SUSCOM, DISH..I dont care if you use them or not!! Tell them you want the Q if they want your business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
