I dont really think they did much in the past up there.But I think thats what all the dilution this year is for.To pay for things being done up there now.Dont know what all edwin has planned none of us know that.I am hoping if we dont hear from edwin soon that the filing will shed some light on things for us.It should be approved soon if they dont need further information and take another 45 days.And Ive spoke to several people in that dept last week and one told me they dont count holidays one said they did count them along with mon -fri 90 workdays and one person told me no just 90 days counting weekendsand everything.So Ive heard it all and all I know is Ill continue to check everyday until it says approved then call Craigs office to get a copy for us to look at.
