The harvestor is in a seperate building and the sterile clean room is being readied for sheet rock then the harvestor will be put in..The lab was in the photos posted earlier in sept and is still being put together ( In the Mobile ) Electricity can be done two ways here either by generator or when SCE completes its planning and install of what has been requested..
