I'd say the patent could be a very relevant issue right now. And I think you know that's anything but FUD. Where's the retailer announcement? Are you prepared to make the statement that the patent issue has absolutely zero to do with Expo's refusal to honor what was a clear statement about announcing who was handling ETC cabinets 10 days ago? I wouldn't be so sure. If the patent has nothing to do with it, what is the reason? You got one that makes any better sense? And how in the world did you determine anyone needs to aid Expo Holding's management team in creating further fear, uncertainty and doubt, lol? I think they're doing an absolutely excellent job on their own.

No, the above all follows a clear pattern of behavior at Expo of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing while both hands are busy performing PR sleight of hand semantic exercises for the shareholders. IMHO.
